As we know, it’s very important to arrange our spare time. If we use it well, we can benefit from it. I'd like to make full use of my spare time. Usually I would like to do three things in my spare time, reading, surfing the Internet and doing some physical exercise, which are three of my deepest passions.
Reading is one of my favourite ways to my spare time. I like reading books at home during the weekends. Reading can extend our horizon, and rich our knowledge. Fortunately, with the development of the information technology, magazines and newspapers are all around our life.
Internet has become a major media in recent years. I love to surf the Internet in my spare time .It’s convenient for me to find some information ,and make my life more colourful. At the same time, I can study on-line, learn different cultures and know the big world out there.
I also think that physical traning is the most important thing for us. We should build a strong body to do any other things. Anyway, health is the basic.
In another way to share my spare time is travelling, because I can relax myself and see the beautiful scenery.
Basicallly, that's how I spend most of my spare time. Reading is a good way to absorb knowledge and become familiar with news events. Surfing on the Internet exposes me to the world's different cultures and different people that come from different backgrounds. I can keep a good health via doing the physical exercise.
亳州市全境呈东南西北向斜长形， 整个亳州地势西北高而东南低，以1/9000地面自然坡降向东南微倾。西北部谯城区詹楼地势最高，海拔42.5米；东南以利辛县展沟南部最低，海拔22米，相对落差20.5米。由于受河流蜿蜒切割变迁和黄河历次南泛的影响，形成平原中岗、坡、碟形洼地相间分布，具有“大平小不平”的地貌特征。

灯光璀璨——亳州之夜
亳州气候处在暖温带南缘，属于暖温带半湿润气候区，有明显的过渡性特征，主要表现为季风明显，气候温和，光照充足，雨量适中，无霜期长，四季分明，春温多变，夏雨集中，秋高气爽，冬长且干。因气候的过渡性，造成冷暖气团交锋频繁，天气多变，年际降水变化大，全市历年平均气温14.9℃，平均日照2184小时，平均无霜期213天，平均年降水量831毫米。
水文
亳州辖区内河流属淮河水系，主要干流河道有涡河、西淝河、茨淮新河、北淝河、芡河等。涡河左岸自谯城区牛集镇灵子门行政村代桥自然村首先入境，东南流经涡阳县至蒙城县移村集出境入怀远县，境内长173公里，流域面积4039平方公里；西淝河自谯城区淝河镇入境，东南流经涡阳县，至利辛县展沟镇出境 入凤台、颍上县界，境内长123.4公里，流域面积1871平方公里；茨淮新河自利辛县大李集镇入境，向东流经利辛县境南部，至蒙城县邹楼出境入怀远县，境内长66公里，流域面积1401平方公里。
亳州自然资源较为丰富，是全国重要的商品粮、优质畜产品、商品用材林和蔬菜生产基地之一，截至2013年，全市土地总面积852258公顷，其中农用地面积707929公顷，建设用地面积124790公顷，未利用地面积19539公顷。地下煤炭、石油资源非常丰富，累计查明资源储量57亿吨，其中煤炭储量达47.23亿吨。全市水资源总量26.56亿立方米。中药材种植400多个品种，种植面积52.28千公顷。
亳州中药材种植面积占全国的1/10左右，中药饮片产量约占全国的1/4左右。亳州市已形成全国最大的中药饮片产业集群，亳州的中药工业正在向中药保健品、中药兽药等方向延伸。规划建设药、酒、文化三大板块，构建现代中药、养生文化旅游、中医医疗保健服务三大体系。
